1. Shipping Zones and Costs

We ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany. Shipping costs depend on the destination zone:

International (outside EU) €4.90 Orders of €50.00 or more

All shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is finalised.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times begin once the order has been shipped and are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at ciao@ciao-club.com.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

We are unable to predict or control these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected from a pickup point), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs for re-dispatch will be borne by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at ciao@ciao-club.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, send a replacement or issue a refund.

For damaged goods, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damage — this helps us process your claim more quickly.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available during checkout, it means we are unable to deliver there at this time. If you have questions about shipping to a specific destination, please contact us.
